Scalping the market

Today i've made 2 trades.
I trade -3 min FMT according to the rules.
Second trade  -1-2-3 range sell.
2 losses and i stopped trading for the day

Yesterday i've got old back pain.
Traded very limited.

Market is dead. Low volatility..less then 100 pips.
It's hard to trade in this environment.

Made 2 trades today.
In first trade i've made a little mistake, while moving my stop too far, actually for 12 pips, not 10.

Also missed nice trades today.

Today i made 1 bad trade( not according to rules)
Second trade was good, but i was stopped out.

Today i've  made mistakes and catched falling knives.
Took 2 losses and stopped trading.

I've lost concentration and made random trades.

First day after long break, due to back pain.

I've made 6 trades (a bit more than 3). So, i should be more disciplined and not make more than 3 TRADES.
Finished day almost BE and missed some good trades.

Today i had bad day. 1 TRade- 1 loss. Trade according FMT rules. Then missedsuperior trades.

Today i made 3 trades. 1  Loss and 2 BE.
 First loss was a mistake, as i should enter early and in this case i will have 2R, or 0 R hit.
Second trade i made a reentry.
And third trade was good one. But closed at BE

Today i placed the trade right after London open.  Actually price was at range. So i supposed that price will break Asian low.
Price reversed and i got stopped out.
Total for the day =-1,1R
Total for the week= -0,8 R

Today i made 2 trades.
I BE and 1 loss. Slow day. I did not violate rules.

Today i've made 1 trade. I violated rule, did not pay attention to ADX on 12 min chart. So, this trade was unsystematic.
Stopped out -8 pips.

Also my mentor did well in this range market, trading 1-2-3 setups.

Today i've made 1 counter trend trade. Actually Ace trade.
Closed it almost at BE.
Then i had problems with internet connection. So, no further trading.

Today is holiday in U.S. I traded European session.  Daily range was narrow. I've got stopped out.

Today i traded very bad.
After 2 systematic trades and net loss, i decided to short the market.
Made it very bad, very emotional, and i've lost hope to trade vell in this method. So, some psychological issues caused me to made so emotional trades.
As long as i will take this kind of trades i will not be able to trade full time with full size.


I've lost 8%!!! Of my account.
My biggest loss. Eh...

Need more discipline and more believe in myself and my method.

Total tilt. In this moments i forgot of my account, my risk management.
I hate myself in this kind of trading days and also i'm fell so depressed.


Account was down to 8% , then i recoup it to -2% for the day

Made 1 trade and got stopped out. I should trade next setups, but i was frustrated and didn't want to trade more.
