Scalping the market

Today i missed good trade. Made one good trade on DEMO  (RAZ setup) And also make a right FMT trade, but it closed as loss.
Then i went outdoor to run a bike, as a weather was sunny. Made 43 km in forests.
I took one loss, without any psychological pressure. I didn't scare to take this trade. So, i'm  gaining more and more confidence in my daytrading, and it's good progress by now.
